To preserve the natural materials, we strongly advise against it. Because your Kavach contains Shaligram and Tulsi (which are porous and sacred), prolonged exposure to water, soap, perfumes, and harsh chemicals will damage the wood and dull the gemstones. We recommend removing it before swimming, bathing, or heavy workouts.
